After the order is placed and the payment is made in your User account in "My Orders", the invoice number will appear next to the corresponding order.


1. If you choose express delivery or delivery on demand, you can track your order using the online service of the courier service. To do this, simply enter the invoice number on the website www.dpd.ru, www.cdek.ru (Irkutsk) or www.dhl.ru. 

Invoice number can be found in the Shop/My orders.

In addition, delivery services inform clients about the receipt of orders in the town of destination by means of sms-messages or VIBER messages.


2. If you chose to pick up from a partner warehouse (Irkutsk), you will receive an SMS with your invoice number and the address of the warehouse, and the time when your order will be ready for issuance.


The order is handed directly to the customer or persons specified in the order form. To receive the order, it is necessary to provide the invoice number and present the passport or any other identification document. If the recipient is a legal entity, a duly drawn up power of Attorney is required from the corporate payer to receive the products.

Upon receiving the shipment, inspect the box for signs of damage. Check the integrity of the packaging and of the printed adhesive tape. If there is some damage of the package, fill out a commercial certificate (the form can be obtained in the pick-up points or from freight forwarders, if you chose delivery by courier).

Open the box and examine the goods visually, check the scope of supply completeness (correspondence of the goods to the packing list attached to the parcel). In case of incomplete delivery, specify in the certificate, which positions and how many are missing.


Sign the delivery documents only if the condition of the goods and the completeness are all right. If you have any questions, we will contact you to resolve them.


Remember that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the order registration (address, recipient's name, mobile phone number).


If you choose express delivery, you warrant that you will be available at the specified address during the delivery. In case of your absence at the address specified in the order, the courier service representative will contact you by phone and will discuss with you the time of repeated order delivery.

The period of order storage at the operator’s warehouse is limited. The exact storage period is indicated in an sms sent by the operator at the time of order receipt at the warehouse to the phone number specified during order registration. If during this period (regardless of the chosen method of delivery - pick-up or courier delivery to door) you do not pick-up the order for some reason, the order is returned to the Seller.

To register repeated delivery, contact the Company through reclamations in the User account. When a repeated delivery registered, you will be charged the shipping costs - the return of the order to the warehouse of the Seller and its redelivery to your destination.
