If some goods of substandard quality are received, the buyer has the right to make claim of refund of the amount paid for defective products or their exchange within the shelf life of the product. In this case, the buyer has to return the defective product.
Food products of appropriate quality are not subject to return.
The period for consideration of the buyer's claim for the refund of the amount paid for the defective product or its exchange is up to ten days from the date of the claim. Claims can be sent to: email@example.com.
Amounts paid for defective products are refunded by the Seller in accordance with the original method of payment within 10 banking days.
